Baked Fish
Method:
Used Tilapia Fillets
In a bowl add salt, Red Chilli powder [ both according to taste], 1 TBS Lemon juice, ½ tsp coriander powder and mix well
Add some colander leaves too. Coat the fillets with above mixture and place them in the baking tray
[ Use aluminum foil coated with Oil in the tray to avoid fish from over cooking because of direct heat]
Preheat the over to 350 F and place the baking tray and cook the fish for 15-20 min.
[Flip the fillets after 10 min to other side]
Place the fillets on the serving plate and serve hot
