Starbucks has one of the best Banana bread. My sister-in-laws friend shared this simple and healthy recipe of banana bread which uses very less butter yet tastes delicious.
Ingredients
3 bananas smashed nicely
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
4 teaspoons melted butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1.5 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped pistachios and almonds
Method
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, stir together the melted butter and sugar. Add the eggs , mix well. Combine the flour, baking soda and smashes bananas, stir into the butter mixture until smooth.
3. Fold in nuts and spread into the loaf pan
4. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Cool the loaf before serving.
