Its been a long tiring day today with all Diwali cleaning @ home, but still was in a good mood to cook and started up with my first Recipe on the blog dedicated to my friend
Kadai Chicken(Spicy chicken with rich Aroma of Ginger, Garlic and Tomatoes)
Time: 40 mins
Servings: 3-4
Spice: Medium
- Chicken 1 Kg 10 -12 pieces
- Coriander Powder 2 tablespoons
- Cumin Powder 2 tablespoons
- Black Pepper 2 tablespoons
- Whole dry Red Chilli's 6 ( I'm a spice eater, so I used 11)
- Ginger 2 Inch piece
- Garlic 15 cloves
- Onion 1 Large chopped
- Tomatoes 3 Large finely chopped ( U can use tomato paste too, I used ¼ cup tomato paste)
- Green chili 5(Optional, I love green chili in my cooking )
- Salt to taste
- Water: 1.5 cups
- Butter and Oil 2 tablespoons each
